Quality assurance guidelines
The basis for quality assurance and optimisation of our services is a comprehensive and process-oriented quality system in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000. The quality assurance guidelines at KIWI ensure that all business processes that have an effect on the quality of work are universally steered and supervised.
Apart from fulfilling customer expectations, a central aim of the company is the continual improvement of the quality system. The basic philosophy behind the quality assurance guidelines is the responsibility of each person for the quality of his/her work as well as a commitment to achieving commercial benefits. This responsibility is demonstrated and put into practice by the management team at every level and in all phases of the project.
We give higher priority to the consideration of the whole, rather than to individual aspects of the project. For this reason special attention is paid to selection, induction and further training of the staff members. We motivate employees by setting challenging targets, delegating responsibility and acknowledging high standards of performance.
